By placing an order you indicate that you agree with our Terms and Conditions.
Delivery takes place while the stock last. Amy Pieters strives to send orders within 2 working days after receiving the payment. However, Amy Pieters is not obliged to do this.
The delivery deadline is 14 days after the order has been placed, with the exception of orders where the customer has indicated that he wishes to receive it later. If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 14 days, the customer will be informed about this in time and has the right to cancel his order free of charge.
Cancellation of your order
Every order can be canceled without payment of a fine and without stating reasons, if your order hasn’t been shipped within 24 hours after you place the order. We request you to send an e-mail and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your order cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received.
If you have already paid the canceled order, Amy Pieters will refund the paid amount within 14 days at the latest. If the order is later canceled, Amy Pieters is entitled to charge € 4.95 for administration costs.
The prices mentioned in the articles are in euros, including VAT. The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart and on the FAQ page and checkout page.
Unless stated otherwise, after receipt of the order you have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement by e-mail without giving any reason and to return the order within the same term. Any payments made will be returned within 14 working days (including any delivery costs for the forwarding). You bear the costs for the return shipment. There is no right to refund if the product has been used and / or damaged or the order has been opened and / or not returned in its original packaging. After the expiration of the 30-day approval period, the purchase agreement becomes a fact.
Reservation of ownership
The ownership of the delivered products is only transferred if the customer has paid all that the customer owes to Amy Pieters on the basis of the agreement (s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.
Liability during shipment
Your shipment will be sent insured. Should a problem arise during shipment, we would like to hear this and we will file a complaint with the shipping company.
Amy Pieters guarantees that the products it supplies meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement and therefore guarantees the factory warranty of the product delivered to you.
Amy Pieters reserves the right to refuse orders or assignments without stating reasons.
Images and specifications
All images, photographs, drawings, data concerning weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels etc. on the site of Amy Pieters are only approximate, are indicative and can not lead to damages or dissolution of the agreement. It is not allowed to copy images and / or texts from the website of Amy Pieters without our permission.
Return and exchange of items
If you want to exchange or return a product, we kindly request you to send an e-mail to email@example.com. with the subject ‘Return shipment’. We will give you shipping / address information etc. The clothes must be unused, in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. The shipping costs are for your own expense. The cost will vary per country.
Some conditions apply to returns and / or exchanges:
· The legal approval period is 14 days, our trial period is 30 days to give you the time to think carefully about your purchase. You must register your product within 30 days in case of a return in accordance with the above procedure.
You must ensure that the order is delivered no later than 30 days after the moment of purchase. If your order is not received within 30 days return, we still consider the purchase as closed and the purchase becomes irreversible.
· If there are special situations that make it impossible for you to return your product while you wish, you must notify us within 30 working days of receipt. We will then consider different agreements for each situation. Amy Pieters is not obliged to do so.
· The items to be exchanged must still be in the original state of shipment and returned in their original packaging (s).
The items, which are reported for return, must be returned to us at the delivery address by return, but no later than 28 days after receipt of the order. Amy Pieters only accepts returns that have been registered in the manner described above and for which the instructions indicated at registration have been followed. Return shipments that are not registered or not registered within the stipulated time will not be accepted.
Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after registration and after receipt of the article (s). In case of prepayment the amount of the returns will be credited by us by means of a refund via a means of payment that is equal to the original payment method with which the order amount has been paid.
It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Amy Pieters. Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an e-mail and sending it to firstname.lastname@example.org
The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint will initially be charged to the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is declared well-founded.
In the event of force majeure Amy Pieters has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of a customer’s order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, such by communicating this to the customer in writing and without that Amy Pieters is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the circumstances to the standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Applicable law and competent court
Dutch law is exclusively applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as to these Terms and Conditions.
