NL: Wij verzenden de bestellingen met PostNL/MyParcel. Vandaag voor 15:00 uur besteld is over het algemeen de volgende werkdag in huis. Bestellingen die op vrijdag na 15:00 uur, op zaterdag of op zondag geplaatst zijn, worden op dinsdag bezorgd. Bij bestellingen boven de €150,- verzenden wij gratis.
Verzendkosten binnen Nederland voor een bestelling onder €150,- zijn €4,95.

De verzendkosten voor Europa zijn €8,95 en verzendingen wereldwijd zijn €19,95. Bij bestellingen boven de €275,- is de verzending gratis

NL: Is de maat die u besteld heeft niet correct? Ruilen of retourneren is mogelijk tot 30 dagen na uw aankoopdatum.

Stuur een e-mail naar info@amypieters.nl met het onderwerp ‘Retourzending’. We zullen u verzend- / adresinformatie geven etc. De kleding moet ongebruikt, in onbeschadigde staat en in de originele verpakking zijn. De verzendkosten (€6,95 voor een verzending vanuit Nederland) zijn voor eigen rekening.

We betalen het geld binnen 14 werkdagen terug. Als u een item wilt ruilen, meld dit dan ook via e-mail.

EN: Is the size which you’ve ordered not correct? Exchanging or returning is possible up to 30 days after your purchase date.

Send an email to info@amypieters.nl with the subject ‘Return shipment’. We will give you shipment/address information etc. The apparel must be in unused, in undamaged condition and in its original packaging. The shipping costs are for your own expense. The shipping cost vary per country.

We will refund the money within 14 working days. If you want to exchange an item, report this by email.
